Dr. Shruti Chachra, a Research Scientist originally from the UK, is now embarking on an exciting new chapter in Melbourne. Her journey began in the field of medical science, where she worked on a collaborative project between AstraZeneca, the Medical Research Council, and Newcastle University. The focus of the project was uncovering the mechanisms that link two critical chronic diseases: Type 2 Diabetes and Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, as well as exploring the broader implications of cellular aging and health.
Metro Trains Additional Services
Additional Services of Metro Trains have been scheduled for Care Expo Melbourne. We are very thankful to Public Transport Victoria and Metro Trains for providing these additional services for Care Expo Melbourne visitors.
Care Expo patrons can then choose to board the FREE shuttle bus from Melbourne Showgrounds station for the short journey to 01 Exhibition Pavilion, as well as for the return journey to the station.
