Is this event COVID Safe?

This event is running under a COVID Safe Event Plan approved by the Department of Health and Human Services Victoria. All patrons will need to abide by the COVID Safe rules as set out to attend this event. All patrons will need to pre-register online and complete a short COVID Safe questionnaire. If you do not pass the questionnaire or do not wish to comply with the COVID Safe rules, then you will not be permitted within this event. It is illegal to supply false information.

What are the opening hours?

The event is open during the following hours:

Friday 12th August 2022 – 9:00am – 4:00pm

Saturday 13th August 2022 – 9:00am – 4:00pm

Is there a list of exhibitors?

Yes. A list will be available within the official Event Guide and online. The list will be available closer to the event.

Is there an entry fee?

No. All patrons attending this event must be registered to attend, including children. 

Where can I park at the event?

Limited parking is available at Melbourne Showgrounds. Parking fees apply – $15 per day.

How do I get a copy of the Event Guide?

The official event guide will be available at the event entrance. 

How do I know when the speaker’s program is on?

All official speaker times will be available within the Event Guide and online.

Is there food available at the event?

Yes, food will be available for purchase inside the Pavilion.

Are pets allowed at the event?

No dogs or other animals are allowed within the event (excepting registered guide, hearing or assistance dogs). For details on conditions of entry, click here.

Can I smoke at the event?

No. Melbourne Showgrounds has a “No-Smoking” policy within all areas of the venue, inlcuding indoor
and outdoor areas. All persons are requested to leave through the gates should they wish to
smoke (including e-cigarettes).
